SMS templates can be viewed and managed from the Belio Cloud Portal. Log in to the Belio Cloud Portal and open Message templates from the sidebar, or go directly to the Message templates page. From there you can view all your templates, inspect their content and placeholders, and check their approval status. A template has two independent status fields: status (whether the user has archived it) and approvalStatus (Belio’s review lifecycle).

Status

Controlled by you. Indicates whether the template is archived.

Approval Status

Belio’s review lifecycle for the template. This only meaningfully progresses through review states when the template is linked to a Belio-managed sender. Unlinked templates are usable immediately (see Belio-managed Senders and Approval).
Only templates with status: Active and, if linked to a managed sender, approvalStatus: APPROVED, can be used for sending.
