Templates can be created using either of the following platforms:
  1. Belio Cloud Portal
    • Create and manage WhatsApp templates directly from the Belio platform.
  2. WhatsApp Business Manager
    • Create templates through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Manager.
    • Requires an active Facebook Business account
    • Templates submitted through Meta must still comply with WhatsApp policies and approval requirements
